Hello & welcome!

My name is Courtney and I own The Milkshake Wagon!

We started this conversion at the end of 2023, I have always dreamed of having my own little food business, specifically a bakery.

After working at a few different bakeries over the years as a Pâtissier I finally came to the realisation that this is what I wanted to do

So to begin with my little trailer was just going to be for milkshakes, however now I have decided to also bake from it and maybe one day I can progress onto something bigger!
